Life Transitions

You can always count on life changing.

Some transitions are welcomed but destabilize what came before: career changes, educational choices, marriage/partnership, becoming a parent, relocation, or spiritual discovery.

There are changes that can totally blindside us: a medical crisis, the death of a loved one, job loss, divorce, a natural disaster, an accident, or violence.

Some changes that seem inevitable can require extensive coping skills, like aging or caretaking for a family member.

There are still other transitions that are harder to name, when your inner world is shifting all over the place while the outside world seems unchanged.

Ride the tides of change with support.

Whether driven by internal or external forces, you might feel uncertain, stressed, or just stuck. And you might be encountering other issues that change often surfaces – unresolved losses, ingrained reactions, strong emotions. This can make it even harder to gain clarity and momentum.

How you navigate change can make an enormous difference in how it impacts you and those around you. With guidance and support, you can respond with greater flexibility, self-compassion and groundedness.
