Welcome your emotions — all of them.
If you have ever been overwhelmed or confused by your emotional responses to situations, people and life itself, you are not alone. Most of us haven’t had the opportunity to learn what’s going on with our feelings — especially the ones we find most difficult.
You may have learned to cover up, numb out, or run from certain emotions or have felt crushed and swept up by others. Many of us were taught that some emotions are “bad” (like anger and fear), while happiness and joy are acceptable and “good.” Other emotions like envy and shame can seem evasive and gnaw away at us without resolution.
Your emotions serve a purpose.
You may feel that painful emotions are the source of your issue, but emotions themselves aren’t typically the problem. Emotions aren’t negative, positive, or irrational.
All of your emotions carry a vital purpose with important information, insight, and wisdom. The challenge is learning how to listen to them, trust them, and work mindfully with them in ways that are respectful to yourself and others.
Life-changing emotional skills are in your reach.
Amazingly, most of us never learned emotional awareness skills or had them modeled growing up. This is a vital (and fun!) key to self-awareness, healing, and empathy for others.
You can experience new ways to tune-in and move through your emotions instead of burying them under the rug or letting them get the best of you.
In our work, you’ll get practice identifying your emotions and listening for the messages they have for you. Even in the midst of turbulent emotions you can create healthy boundaries, ground and rejuvenate yourself, so you can quickly regain a sense of balance.

If you are experiencing emotions such as depression or anxiety which haven’t lifted for a period of time, this may be mood-state which can also be carefully addressed in therapy.
